Sealwell Transforms TOTO’s Drainage System with Polyurethane Mortar

Overview

TOTO, a well-established dealer specializing in plumbing and bathroom accessories, was dealing with a poor drainage system at one of their prime locations. The existing drains were severely cracked and failed to function properly, creating significant drainage problems. This not only disrupted their operations but also posed potential safety hazards and maintenance challenges. Challenges

Though the existing concrete filler was not bonded deeply with the surrounding concrete, digging out the concrete filler was difficult. The deteriorated state of the existing drains made the concrete more fragile. Therefore, handling the delicate removal process and preventing unnecessary damage to drains and surrounding structures was very challenging.
